Sacred Rebels Commitment Agreement 

By joining Sacred Rebels, you are stepping into a sacred container of transformation, growth, and empowerment. This is a space of trust, love, and collective energy where every soul is vital to the experience we are co-creating.

In this spirit, you lovingly commit to:

1. Understanding that refunds will not be offered, as your investment energetically supports the community and the integrity of this mastermind experience.
2. Remaining fully present within the program for its entirety, recognizing that your participation is a gift to the collective energy of Sacred Rebels. Your presence matters deeply, and your commitment enriches the experience for all.
3. This is a pre-recorded and live recorded event. This container is a safe space for every woman to explore this work in her own way. Sadie Jane reserves the right to remove anyone from the program who displays harassment, shaming, any belittling, offensive, rude, abusive, or otherwise threatening behavior  towards the other participants. It will not be tolerated and will be cause for an immediate removal from this event.
4. I do not guarantee your results or earnings with this program or any other coaching, course, or mentorship.
5. I am not a licensed therapist nor doctor and will not be providing diagnosis or medical help for your personal self. If you suffer from medical or mental disorders or they develop over the course of our time together, I suggest you seek professional help.
6. No Transfer of Intellectual Property: Any content or materials provided by Simply Sadie Jane LLC are copyrighted and are for Client’s individual use only as a single-user and licensee. Client is not authorized to use any of Simply Sadie Jane LLC’s intellectual property for Client’s business purposes. All intellectual property, including any Sacred Rebel and Elemental Coaching™curriculum and/or course materials, shall remain the sole property of Simply Sadie Jane LLC. No license to sell or distribute Coach’s materials is granted or implied through the delivery of coaching services. In consideration of entering into this coaching service agreement, Client agrees (1) not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of Coach or third-party owner, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by the Coach is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Coach or the respective third-party-owner; and (3) Client agrees not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with the Coach. Client agrees that if Client violates, or displays any likelihood of violating, any of Client’s agreements contained in this paragraph, the Coach will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.

This is a sacred contract with yourself and this beautiful community, a reminder that growth and alignment come from following through on the commitments you make with love and intention.
